The game stores settings and local hand-history data in this browser only by using local storage.

Grand Oak Poker does not currently operate its own backend for profiles, cloud saves, payments, or player messaging.

When the game is distributed through third-party hosts such as itch.io, Yandex Games, or GameMonetize, those hosts may collect analytics, advertising, payout, or moderation data under their own privacy policies.
